Q : Do I need a doctor's prescription to order medications on the site?

A: Yes, we required a certified doctor's prescription from the country of the pharmacy's origin, which you may fax over or scan and email. Alternatively, if you do not have a doctor's prescription, you have the option of filling out a complimentary medical form provided by the site. The form will then be reviewed by our certified physicians. Our doctors will decide whether to provide you with the requested prescription based on the personal information submitted. The option to fill out a medical form will be made available after placing your preferred medications in your car and opting to place your order.

Q: What are generic medications and is there a difference between them and brand name medications?

A: A generic medication is chemically identical to the same brand name medication, only available under a generic name. Not only is it identical, but generic medication is the same in safety, strength, quality, administration route, form of dosage, intended use, and performance characteristics. Generic medications are not produced by the brand name medication’s producer.

Q: Why are brand name medications more expensive than generic medications?

A: Though both generic and brand name medications are identically similar in their chemical structure, the difference in price is because the manufacturers of brand name medications devote many hours and a lot of money on testing, observation, and analysis, as well as branding and advertising. To create a generic medication, all that is needed is the chemical recipe. This enables individuals to buy top-notch medications at a low price.

Q: My purchase was delivered today but the tablets do not look like the ones from your site?

A: Our website posts images of the brand name medication on our website – they are more recognized and individuals are more familiar with the shape and color. The brand name medication’s appearance is the property of the medication manufacturer and therefore, making an identical generic medication is considered copyright infringement. Due to this, generic medication manufacturers cannot reproduce the same appearance as the brand name medication.
